What AuraHype is
AuraHype is an AI-powered platform that transforms your Twitch @handle into a personal website in about 90 seconds. We pull public data from your Twitch channel—like your bio, avatar, live status, and schedule via the official Twitch API—to auto-generate a hosted site you can customize. Think of us as your hype squad for building a web presence without touching a single line of code.
We host your site on aurahype.com (or your own domain if you're upgraded) and give you tools to customize the look, connect with fans, and showcase your stream.

Eligibility
You need to be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use AuraHype. If you're between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
We built this for streamers, so you should have an active Twitch account to get the full experience. Don't use AuraHype if you've been banned by Twitch or if your use would violate any laws.
Your Twitch data & the official API
We only access public Twitch data through the official Twitch API unless you explicitly connect your account via OAuth. If you do connect for the follower count feature, we specifically request only the moderator:read:followers scope to display your exact follower count—nothing else. We cannot moderate your chat, change your settings, or access private data.
We never store your Twitch login credentials, and you can disconnect OAuth anytime in your AuraHype settings or via Twitch's Connections page. Your data stays yours; we're just reading what Twitch already makes public (or what you explicitly authorize).
Your account & content ownership
You own your content, period. Your Twitch branding, clips, and any customizations you make to your AuraHype site remain yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over your stream identity or the content you display.
By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your site data solely to operate the platform. You can export your site data or delete your account whenever you want, no questions asked.
Acceptable use
Keep it clean and legal. No using AuraHype for harassment, hate speech, illegal activities, or attempting to break our systems (no bots, scrapers, or exploits). We reserve the right to suspend sites that violate Twitch's Terms of Service or our own community standards.
Basically, don't be a toxic player. If we find you're using the platform to phish, scam, or distribute malware, we'll terminate your account immediately and may report you to relevant authorities.
Fan email list feature
When fans drop their email on your AuraHype site to get notified about your streams, that data is tied specifically to your account and isolated from other streamers. We store these emails only so you can notify fans about your streaming schedule and updates you choose to share.
We never sell, rent, or trade fan emails. Ever. Fans can unsubscribe with one click, and their data is deleted upon request or when you delete your account. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws (like CAN-SPAM) when emailing your fans.
Service changes/termination
We might update features or pricing as we level up the platform. If we ever need to deprecate a feature or shut down your account for non-payment or violations, we'll give you reasonable notice (typically 30 days for major changes) so you can export your data.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. If you violate these terms, we may terminate your account immediately without refund. Upon termination, your site goes offline but you can request a data export within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
AuraHype is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible if Twitch's API goes down, if your stream gets banned, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $0 if you're on the Free tier). We do our best to keep the servers running 24/7, but sometimes lag happens—this is the internet, not a LAN party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware.
If you're outside the US, you agree that Delaware has jurisdiction for any legal matters related to AuraHype, though we hope it never comes to that. Let's keep it friendly.
