Free tier
The Free tier is exactly what it sounds like—free forever. No credit card required, no hidden fees, no refunds needed. You get basic site generation and hosting at $0, though we show some AuraHype branding on your page.
Monthly subscriptions
Creator and Pro monthly plans renew automatically on your billing date. You can cancel anytime before your next cycle to avoid future charges, but we do not offer partial month refunds.
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your paid period, then your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier. Your custom domain will redirect to the free subdomain until you resubscribe.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans come with a discount because you commit for the year. If you have second thoughts, you have 14 days from the initial purchase date to request a full refund, no questions asked.
After the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can still cancel to prevent renewal at the end of your term. We don't prorate annual refunds after the initial window except in cases of service termination by us.
How to request
To request a refund (within the 14-day annual window), email aura@aurahype.com with your account email and purchase date. We'll process approved refunds within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
